Kaiser Raman assists customer DisperSol with product quality
This session covers Raman measurement in KinetiSol®, a high-energy, fusion-based solubility enhancement method used to generate pharma ASDs without solvents. An Endress+Hauser Raman analyzer system is used to analyze crystalline content upon ejection of shots from KinetiSol compounders, eliminating off-line powder XRD analysis time. Multivariate techniques like PLSR analysis and SVM classification monitor, control, and improve the KinetiSol process by continuously assessing product quality.
