How to return equipment (RMA)
Step 1: Fill out the RMA form
Step 2: Within 2 working days, you will receive a RMA number and additional instructions via email
Step 3: Download and fill out the Declaration of Decontamination form
Step 4: Place the completed and signed Declaration of Decontamination form on the outside of the packaging
Please notice: Shipping to Endress+Hauser Denmark is at your own expense. Examination of an instrument is invoiced with a minimum of DKK 1.860, - unless it is a guarantee case. Additional time and spare parts will be invoiced cheapest on account.
