Thermal mass flow sensor for gases
such as compressed air, argon,
Carbon dioxide, nitrogen, dry methan
oxygen.
Compact sensor for continuous flow
measurement of gases in kg/h or
Nm3/h over a measuring span of up to
100:1.
The sensor creates no pressure loss in
the pipe and does not require
additional pressure or temperature
compensation.
Process connections with flange
(DIN 2501, ANSI) or sanitary coupling
DIN 11851 are available.
The mass flow sensor can be used in
Ex Zone 1 (Cenelec EEx ia IIC T4).
